Adding Subusers To Your Server

We know managing your server is tough, and it gets even tougher when something breaks while you are offline. While our support representitives are available 24/7, sometimes your server just needs a simple restart. This is where subusers come in. Subusers are people you trust to access your server at any given time with permissions you set for them.

Note: Be very careful granting permissions to subusers, as some permissions can be destructive to your server, such as console access or file access. Make sure you fully trust everyone you add.

Adding a subuser

1. Head over to your server panel, and navigate to the "users" tab on your server.

2. Click the "New User" button on the right side of your screen.

3. Enter the email of the person you wish to add as a subuser.

4. Check the boxes of permissions you wish for this user to have. We recommend you read every permission carefully to fully understand what you are granting to this user.

The user in this image would be able to start and restart my server with these permissions.

5. Click "Invite User" to finish.

Your subuser should receive an email with instructions on how to set up their account.
