If you have just purchased a new Minecraft Server or have been invited as a subuser, you will need to access your server from our panel. To access your server, a panel account is required, and this article will help you set up your account.
Setting up your new panel account
1. You should have been sent an email from "Astral Services Panel" with the subject line "Account Created". This email should have been sent to the same email as your billing email on file. It should contain your new username and a link to finish setting up your account.
If you have not received this email after 20 minutes, please contact a support representative as soon as possible.
2. After clicking the link to set up your account, you will be brought to our panel page. Your email should be filled our already, and all you have to do is choose a secure password. Passwords must be 8 characters at minimum, but it is recommended you add numbers, capitals, and special characters for account security.
3. Optional Once you are logged in, you can set up 2-factor verification with an authenticator of your choice. Navigate to the "Account" tab on the sidebar, and click "Enable Two-Step". Follow the instructions of your authenticator app.
You should be logged into the server panel now. If you need to log back in, use the username generated for you with your password that you set.
If you wish to change your username from the default one provided, please contact a support representative, and they will sort it out for you.
