Every world has a story, its memories, and adventures, and these are all things to have saved. But what happens if you feel like your world should be taken offline, or the other way around, a world that you've played on solo needs to be shared. Importing and exporting your world will do all of that.
World Import Into Server
1. Stop your server.
2. Open the files tab on your panel.
3. Delete the current world on your server. If you are on vanilla or modded versions it should just be named "world". On Spigot/Paper versions, delete the "world", "world_nether', and "world_the_end" folders.
Note: Before deleting the current world, make sure to export and save the world if needed. Support representatives are unable to recover deleted files.
4. Grab the current world you would like to import, and rename it to "world" if it is not already named that.
5. For Spigot/Paper versions, take out the "DIM1" and "DIM-1" folders, and name them "world_the_end" and "world_nether" respectively.
6. Upload your world files to the server, this will just be the "world" folder for vanilla or modded, and "world", "world_nether", "world_the_end" for Spigot/Paper.
7. Start your server.
World Export From Server
1. Stop your server.
2. Open the files tab on your panel.
3. Download your world files either by using the archive function and downloading the archive, or download the folder directly using a FTP software. If you are on vanilla or modded versions it should just be named "world". On Spigot/Paper versions, download/archive the "world", "world_nether', and "world_the_end" folders.
4. For Spigot/Paper versions, rename the "world_the_end" and "world_nether" folders to "DIM1" and "DIM-1" respectively, and put them in your world folder.
5. Drop into your singleplayer Minecraft saves and play!
